Teenage Pilates Classes

MOOREPilates believes that Pilates help, develop confidence, coordination skills, strength, and safe levels of flexibility, correct alignment and posture.

We use the specialised Pilates machines and small equipment to provide a challenging 60mins workout. Only 8 teenagers per class.
