In this class the physical exercises within foundational Hatha yoga postures are practiced. The focus is to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, and to get the most from your yoga practice.
Breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation (sivasana) and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity and ease of movement. The class is suitable for all levels including those completely new to yoga as well as being useful for students who want to step back from faster flow.
