Machine Pilates Classes

  • You will experience a new level of strength training In these classes and harness the power of resistance to achieve results quickly and effectively.

    The spring-based equipment works your muscles on a deeper level, supporting challenging movements that strengthen those all-important stabilising muscles. At the same time, you’ll engage larger muscle groups to burn fat, sculpt your body, and create long-lasting definition.

    With only five clients per class, you’ll enjoy focused attention and personalised guidance, ensuring every movement is safe, effective, and tailored to help you reach your goals.

Stretch Class

  • You will move through a carefully designed series of dynamic poses that strengthen your joints, release built‑up tension, and restore balance throughout your body. You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser, and standing a little taller both in posture and in confidence.

    Let the week melt away and be sure to walk a few inches taller when you leave the studio.

Pure Power

  • This high‑intensity session will strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles while firing up fat burn.  This class is designed to send your heart rate soaring and get the sweat flowing. With every movement, you’ll challenge your strength, stamina, and focus leaving the studio energised, accomplished, and craving your next session. 

Side Splits

Teenage Pilates Classes

  • We use the specialised Pilates machines and small equipment to provide a challenging 60mins workout. Only 5 teenagers per class.

Matwork Pilates Classes

  • In this class, your body weight becomes your greatest training tool, providing the resistance your muscles need to work deeply and effectively. We incorporate a variety of small props to add challenge, variety, and personalised modifications, ensuring every move meets your individual needs.

    With only twelve clients per class, you’ll enjoy focused attention, expert guidance, and a supportive atmosphere that helps you progress safely and confidently.
